Terms of Use

Draw the Border is provided free of charge for personal entertainment use. By using the site you agree to these simple terms.

No warranty

The game, its scores and its map data are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, error-free, or accurate for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Borders are for a game, not a statement

Draw the Border shows map borders for the purpose of a drawing and scoring game. The lines we draw are the de facto outlines used by our map data provider, Natural Earth; they are not intended as, and should not be read as, a political or legal statement about any disputed territory or boundary.

Content and licence

The underlying map data is from Natural Earth and is in the public domain. The site's game code, design, text and scoring system belong to Draw the Border; you may play the game and share your results, but you may not copy, scrape or republish the site's code, puzzles or design elements without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
